last night I received two fake bank emails. one from Bank of America, and the other from US Bank.
I'll hand it to the scammers. they're trying to look even more legit. I read this and just had to post it here for you guys.
At the top of each e mail, in bright blood red blocks was this warning;

"Warning: This message may not be from whom it claims to be. Beware of following any links in it or of providing the sender with any personal information. Learn more"
and the 'learn more' was a link, like one the warning had just told me about Laughing At least they are looking out for me Very Happy

I think that warning was generated by your e-mail provider, not the senders of the e-mail. I know GMail and Yahoo do that any time I get a phishing e-mail. I always report the phishing, and occasionally I'll forward a copy to the bank in question.

Yea, I do that as well, but this is the first time they've had warnings in them. The wording itself makes me think they added it:)
