I took a look at the site, hoping for some vlads, it smells scam all over!Should this site be killed? Or am i ahead of myself?

Sadly you would need proof to show the server or registrar that the site is involved in internet fraud. It might be listed on aa419.org as a dodgy site, which would help. Killing sites is a slightly different discipline to baiting, quite technical and a bit dull. The former, I am learning, and the latter I am already an expert at.

Better to just list the site (maybe get it added to the stickies) and use it as a source of vlads. At least until there is enough proof to try and get it killed.
